We wanted to know whether fathers tend to win termination of parental rights cases by simply looking at the most recent published case and finding out the simple answer:
Who won the termination of parental rights case? Dad? or the State? If the state won, all parental rights were taken from dad and given to the State or someone else.
And a pattern emerged. Father tends to lose termination of parental rights cases on appeal.
