The Texas Family Code will enable a parent to modify the orders that were rendered in the divorce. All terms are open to be modified including the school of the child, the custody schedule, the primary parent, the drop off and pick up rules, supervision of the visit and child support. The most common reason for a modification suit is probably to remove a geographic restriction that is keeping one parent in a particular area.
The person trying to change the papers has to prove that the change would be in the best interest of the child, and has to prove that something substantial has changed in the parent or child’s life since the original orders.

If you want a lawyer to work for your modification, we can help you with this, and would be honored. You can reach us at (210) 926-5551 or [email protected]
